Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Custom engraved orders take 5–7 business days to engrave before shipping.

US Shipping.

  • Standard: $4.90 — FREE on orders over $35
  • Expedited: $6.90
  • UPS rates available at checkout

Standard delivery typically takes about 5 business days after processing.

International Shipping. We ship worldwide via USPS and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout. Overseas deliveries typically take 7–16 days. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking. You'll receive tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.

Delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., carrier issues, customs). Delivery times for custom products are estimated at order placement.
